DEPOSITS


All scheduled appointments will now require a 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. This will go toward your service total.



RESCHEDULING


If you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. The deposit will then go toward your next appointment.

If you let me know LESS than 24 hours in advance, you will need to pay a new deposit to book a new appointment.

IF YOU HAVE A LAST MINUTE EMERGENCY, PLEASE SHOOT ME A TEXT. I UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE IS VERY UNPREDICTABLE.



CANCELLATIONS


Cancelling (without rescheduling) within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit + a charge of 15% of the service total.

Cancelling (without rescheduling) within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit + a charge of 25% of the service total.



NO-SHOWS


NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE TOTAL!
